If they were to put it near GRR, they would need to either close the backstage road between Soarin' and the GCH or close the path that connects CF and Grizzly Peak. The big limiting factor here seems to be the Monorail, since it runs right through the green area where it would fit very easily, but if the rumours of rerouting the Monorail are true, than this may not be an issue at all.

I doubt Taste Pilots Grill will go....you can see it in the model of the front gate that was shown.

That being said, I don't believe the rethemed MM/Goofy ride will be moved. It will just get a facelift until they decide what to do with the space.

Of course, this is all just hope. I DID hope DCA would actually get fixed one day, that turned out mostly true :).

Dressing it up makes it look better, granted, but dressing up a pig in a beautiful dress is still nothing more than a pig in a dress ;). I think it also shows how cheap this area really is now with all the new upgrades, it just look like the cheap, piece of junk it always was.

Whether or not the generall public is concious of it this is the kind of thing that should have been removed long ago as opposed to Super Star Limo which was not bad...wierd maybe but not that bad. I would rather them remove this as soon as possible even if it means less capacity in the park. That would go along way toward healing the park.

Has it been confirmed that the entire area will be victorian? From the looks of it the new version will be sort of beach themed, which could work if done properly.

But not as a rethemed mad mouse coaster from anytown USA, and not in Condor Flats. Though in the new "You Want It Disney? Dammit, We'll Make It Disney!" version of DCA, I guess anything goes anywhere, pretty much.

That said, if they wanted to turn this into a cool little C ticket dark ride in Condor Flats, that'd be a big step in the direction away from a lot of the unthemed -- or lightly themed -- stuff that DCA has gotten so much flak for.

"Goofy's Flying School" is a cute concept. I'd like to see them give it the time and attention something like that deserves.

Dressing it up only puts a different theme on an ugly ride and does nothing to make it look better. It’s bad enough as it is, relatively themed to the area and park overall. In it’s current location, the new theme is totally out of sync with the area. They are wasting money to put a new, out of character theme on an ugly attraction who’s only saving grace IS it’s current theme.

They appear to be just changing it for the sake of change, not to actually improve anything.

They could even load it up with Disney characters and make you jump fx.

And the exact same could be said for Gadget's, which was my original point.

Boy these discussions can make one so dizzy...

I'm sure there are dozens of ideas being debated right now about which attractions to add, which ones to remmove, and which ones to revamp. I'm sure that every option for Mulholland Madness has been looked at and I still believe the most likely future for that homely little ride is to be torn down and sold.
