That doesn't mean every ride needs to be an E ticket, but really MM looked rather temporary and like something one would find at a county fair or a lesser amusement park. I hope dressing it up as Goofy's Sky School makes it more of a premium C-ticket level attraction and disguises some of the plain mechanics of it.

Disney backed themselves into a corner when they decided to build it because of the views it offers.

They are sitting on nests, and they randomly pop their heads up and down. Pretty simple mechanics and effects, but they work well for what they are. They're cartoon-ey looking, and seem to fit the look of the ones in the concept art, so they might show up in DCA too.
