For us much as Limbaugh and O'Reilly have such huge followings, I would be the first to say their behavior is not what I want modeled by my Republican leaders. I certainly called out Clinton for disgracing the Presidency with his behavior while in office. I do the same of Republicans who have bad behavior. Fortunately, my 7-year old son was in bed when the debate was raging last night but had it been earlier in the day I might have watched a bit of it with him...in order to educate him about our government. Hearing a leader yell out "Baby Killer" is not what I would want for him. No one should have had to hear that last night.

But then again this was in the 1850's--- a time when democrats resembled(on some key issues or platforms) today's republicans.

Equating "loser" with "baby killer" yelled on the House floor? You Reid and the Texas rube who yelled this can all enjoy humiliation together.

If the Republican leadership doesn't ask him to step down, the voters of Texas should insist on it.
