My complaint all along has been the talent in this contest MAYBE could get a supporting role in regional theatre. Maybe. But not Broadway. Danny and Sandy are way out of their league. I think the Doody rumor (god, I love typing that phrase) got a little carried away, but really, there's no reason why it had to be related to some fix. It's possible that they purposely didn't cast the part because they planned to put the loser in that part (a part either could play) and make him the understudy. And there's no way they would announce that on the show last night. I guess it's also just as likely that some guy will be cast tomorrow, and this will all be silly. And I hate that I'm this involved.
