Yes Tom, I know you've heard that one before, but it actually looks like it's going to happen this time. As it's been posted by Disney.

So I seriously doubt if anything will ever go in to help DHS. An enclosed skyway would be slow loading, but perfect (in my opinion) to add to the ambiance of TPFKAMGMS. Fortunately technology has changed so make it more like Soaring or Sponge Bob over at Universal.

PS: I left out other Disney parks as I could be going on and on and on with different examples of modes of transportation built into various parks, the double decker buses at EPCOT Center, the boats at DAK. The train at the Campground. When you think of all the trouble that Disney puts themselves through to move people from parking lot areas to the parks. It's ridiculous that there is transportation inside DHS.

Perhaps the answer is to limit attendance crowds? I have occasionally wished for those rickshaws(?) to be used as I walked from one end of Downtown Disney to DL!

And doesn't DAK suffer from the same lack of transportation?

But I have been known to take a quick air conditioned ride on the boats in the World Showcase lagoon to get from the front of the World Showcase to the back of the World Showcase. As for DAK. I agree it does lack transportation around the park. But, I would like to point out that initially when DAK opened it did have small boats that transported quests between various "lands" in DAK. Also, though not fully utilized there is a steam train in DAK which brings quests to Rafiki's Planet Watch in the back of the park.
