The snacks aren't particularly healthy at TDR - lots of sugar and salt. Not an issue for a treat of course.

I've had intentionally eaten meat since I was 17 months old so don't feel the need to break my veggie streak. It certainly helps me manage my weight easier.

When I'm on vacation I don't care about healthy food. I do that at home, but especially at Disneyland I don't count calories.

I wouldn't do that either. Just because veggie options aren't offered, I wouldn't start eating meat again.

How regular are the RER trains? Last time I had to rely on them I found there were big gaps between trains and decided we'd never do it again. If we stay in Val d'Europe now it's somewhere with a shuttle bus.

I want to go back!!! :'(

During our last two visits we never had any problems with the RER. Only once a train was late for a few minutes.

We rode RnRC three or four times and once the music didn't work. However last year we rode it three or four times too and the music worked only once.

Despite the reputation us Brits have it still seems strange seeing beer at a fast food place, but then I don't drink alcohol so I guess I'm not representative of all of us, lol!!!

I don't think that they look so bad. If I'm not mistaken these statues belonged to the former World of Disney Store in New York. They were on top of the entrance.

King Ludwig's Castle does a Happy Hour and there we met the most Brits. LOL

Only DLP offers alcohol in the MK and so beer is also available at counter service restaurants. Since I don't like soft drinks like Coke that much, I usually drink sparkling water or juices at home, but on vacation we enjoy drinking beer and wine.

You don't have ice tea in the UK? Do you know what brand DLP is selling? Nestle's Nestea produced by Coca-Cola or Lipton, which belongs to Unilever. I'm interested because all three companies are official DLP partners.

However I prefer Ice Tea from the Austrian company Rauch.

    Another Day At Disneyland Paris

Today we expected the crowds to be even bigger than yesterday, but to our surprise the parks weren't that crowded. Like the days before we used the Extra Magic Hours to ride Buzz Lightyear's Laser Blast and Space Mountain and afterwards it was time for a breakfast coffee at the Cable Car Bake Shop on Main Street USA.

After a hot cup of coffee we headed over to Frontierland to be among the first to ride Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and to do the Phantom Manor. It was interesting to see that more people were queuing for the Fastpasses instead of going on the ride.

We still had plenty of time until our lunch reservation at the Agrabah Cafe and so we walked back to Discoveryland to tkae a journey with Star Tours to the Star Wars Universe. Back on Earth it started to rain, but luckily Captain EO next door was about to begin and so we decided to give the show a try. This 3D movie made by George Lucas and Francis Ford Coppola starring Michael Jackson was a first time for us and honestly it wasn't that bad considering its age.

Now it was time for lunch at the Agrabah Cafe and the rain was gone as well. Soon after we arrived at the restaurant, we got seated and the feast could begin. We ordered a glass of wine and the food from the buffet was as delicious as always.

After a relaxing lunch Claudia and I joined the Pirates on a cruise through the Caribbean. I'm a big fan of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, but I'm glad that Disneyland Paris still has the original version without Captain Jack Sparrow.

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril was next on our To-Do List and after a thrilling ride through the old temple, we walked back to Discoveryland, because Les Mysteres du Nautilus, a walk through Captain Nemo's submarine, was finally open. Luckily we survided the squid attack.

Before we walked over to the Walt Disney Studios Park, we took a break at Cafe Fantasia. In the Studios we had an early dinner at the En Coulisse Restaurant with fries and a salad and then we only rode the Tower of Terror and Rock'n'Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith.

Later we left the park and spent some time at the Sports Bar until we returned to Val D'Europe to do some shopping at the Auchan supermarket.

After Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear's Laser blast we strolled around Fantasyland and then we had a hot cup of coffee at the Cable Car Bake Shop again.

When the other lands of the Disneyland Park opened we went straight to Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and after the wildest ride in the wilderness we paid a visit to the Ravenswood Manor.

Lunch was again at the Agrabah Cafe, but before we rode Indiana Jones and then we took a short break at the Cowboy Cookout Restaurant, where we enjoyed a small glass of beer.

After lunch we did Pirates of the Caribbean and then we walked over to the Walt Disney Studios Park. Our first stop was Crush's Coaster and unfortunately the line was very long, but we queued nonetheless to do the attraction at least once. An hour later it was finally our turn and afterwards we headed to the Tower of Terror and rode Rock'n'Roller Coaster one last time.

Since it was already late afternoon we got tired and didn't want to line up anymore, so we decided to have an early dinner at the En Coulisse Restaurant again. Afterwards we left the park and walked over to the Disney Village. There we bought some merchandise and had a couple of drinks at the Sports Bar.

Later we returned to the Disneyland Park to watch the Disney Christmas Dreams Show in front of the castle. We already loved the regular version and the Christmas version was as beautiful as the other one. What a fantastic ending to our trip!

I think they serve Nestea at DLP. It's now much easier to get ice tea in the uk than it used to be, but at one time DLP was the only place I could get my fix!

Captain EO is a classic and one of my first ever Disney attractions!!!

When I have been the first time to DLP in 2000, it was already replaced by Honey, I Shrunk The Audience.

Captain EO may be a classic, but I don't care when it's gone. It just came back, because of MJ's death. Nowadays every cinema offers 3D and so it's nothing special anymore.

DLP should relocate Star Tours to WDSP and remove the buildings behind SM. Then they should build Journey to the Centre of the Earth. I know that's not going to happen, but that ride would fit the Disceveryland theme perfectly.

    >>>Sounds like you had a great time. <<<

Yeah, we had a great time dispite some let downs, like big crowds on Friday and the disappointing food situation.

I know and I guess it was fantastic when it came out, but when you see it for the first time in the year 2014, the movie is kind of dated.

That would be fantastic. I want to have Cinemagique on DVD, but on the other hand that would make the attraction less special for me.

However DLP finally started to sell attraction posters. It's called Art of Disney and you can order the posters in the Disney Gallery. Unfortunately it's not that cheap.
