She only booked a 3 night stay at the Grand Floridian but its yet to come out why and where they feel she was off to from there. She was held on 1 mil bail {which is high for this area unless its a major crime} someone quickly posted it for her. Her lawyer keeps telling everyone its not a crime to take your child to Disney World{but doesn't mention her other kids and why she didn't take them} and that's all she was doing, But he wont comment anything about the hoax or the alledged missing money. The friend that she borrowed the identity of said in a article the other day that she told her she needed her id to move around some money in a fund that she helped with but now has noticed that her account is empty. Btw I don't think she looked that much at all like this other girl other then both being skinny white females. They said it was this friends name she used and also paid cash{cash being what sent up a red flag} for the one way tickets to Orlando but haven't mentioned anything at all about what name she used for the daughter. No one has really talked much at this point about why she did it, some say its due to the money she has taken, others that she has been having big marital problems. Also I find it interesting the law firm that she alledgely took several hundred thousand from has said they "aren't aware" money is missing but they have another law firm doing all the talking for them. If anyone wants, as I hear stuff I will post it, just let me know.

Originally Posted By itsme In today's paper someone looked into her bail and appears she somehow posted it herself{100k cash}. It was originally reported family and friends had posted it by her attorney who claims to have withdrawal receipts to prove it. And now the attorney she had worked for,{the law firm being where large sums of money from 300 to 700k could be missing} is not holding back anymore. She made comment on facebook saying "I don't think people realize that I'm a victim here", Which i guess is in response to Sweetens attorney saying he doesn't see any victims here, just a mom that was determined to take her child to Disney World. She also posted this quote - "I can't believe she actually made bail and probably with the client money she stole. I just want the clients to get their money back and now that she is out, I hope she can't hide what she has left ... it's so tragic that so many loved and trusted her and she betrayed us all." Her attorney who originally said no money was missing now is declining comment. This story is just really strange and bizarre, Its funny that Sweetens maiden name is "Siner". The lawyer she worked for had her license to practice law in Pa. suspended for a year due to her failing to update her continuing education. Some of the money missing may be from her ex husbands family due to them being clients of the attorney she worked for. The charity was basically just set up in the last 6 months for autism services and Burmese child refugees, while the law license is under suspension. She recently has helped manage a bedding store the lawyers ex husband has. Sweeten also is doing the billing for her husbands landscaping biz and according to her husband does all the bill paying at home, He had a great comment soon after this happened that he hopes he is not far behind in the mortgage payments now that he learned this about his wife but he is sticking by her but he needs some answers.

I would think it would not look good for her if she was able to produce that much cash that fast. She did have a large amount of cash on her when she was picked up at Disney but they have not said how much, they have said she had withdrawn over 12k from family accounts in the days leading up to the hoax.

The FBI searched her home this past weekend, said she was present and cooperative but didn't say anything else like what they were looking for or what it had to do with. Paper reported her husband{now estranged} just paced outside the home all the while and speculated from their sources that it had to do with the missing money. This story is really crazy and not much real info has been coming out about it. I have talked to a few people I know that know her and/or others involved and {I know its wrong for me to say this and not post what i have heard} but I wont unless its gets put out there by the local news or a credible agency involved, Don't feel that would be right to do so. But I will say this, some of the stuff I have heard that could come out before its all over could be made into a movie and people would think its only possible then cause its a made up Hollywood story.
