I think overreacting parents do more harm to the child than the actual boob sighting.

What bugs me the most though is they all walk around in stilettos! WTF? How are your feet not killing you right now? Walking around the park like that? How do you manage the moving sidewalk of the HM? or heck just the stretching room and not falling in the dark! I bet they get stuck in the trolley tracks on main street.

I see those types of girls and I want to put them all in flip flops and golfer shorts that go to the knees so I don't have to look at their bare derriere! LOL I mean I'm not saying go as extreme as full length pants and sleeves, and I don't have kids either. I just don't want to have to stand in line behind you with half your bum blinking me in the face!

It's like in Austin Powers Goldmember with the mole. You can't not look at it.

Some of the things I've seen girls wearing who are obviously on dates at the park are unbelievable.

Last week we saw a girl who looked to be about 14 with two lip piercings, a piercing through both nostrils, crazy eye makeup, and ridiculously short shorts on sitting with her parents and little sister at Coke Corner. I stared at her for a few minutes and her Dad caught me and looked sheepish. Dude, where did she get the money for the clown makeup and piercings? You're the one ALLOWING it! I would NEVER let my underage daughter go out in public like that. DO parents have no control these days? In a couple years she'll be flashing on Splash as soon as she fills out. Guarantee it.

Although my 14 year old daughter is NOT allowed to do this, when she is old enough to pay for it by her self there is no way I am going to stop her from doing so. If she wants to look like that, that is HER choice. If it offends some prude that's ALL THE BETTER. People need to get over the way others look. If you don't like it, DON'T LOOK AT THEM.

Jeebus Christmas. No wonder this country is going to the dogs.

Maybe she could have paid for the hardware and the clothes herself but I'm not sure who would have hired her looking like that.

I just think it's inappropriate for someone that young. When you're of age, you're right Figurehead, it's a free and they can wear what they want. I'm not offended by it really, only when they're too young.

And yeah if I don't want to look at it, I turn away, but sometimes that's hard when you're shoved in line with someone is all I'm saying. I just think that some people whould realize the situations they could be put in in a place like Disneyland. If an of age girl wants to wear short shorts more power to her, but it just seems odd to me in Disneyland. Aren't they uncomfortable? People randomly bumping in to them and what not? What about sitting on a ride in a short skirt and accidentally flashing people that way. My main point was that I just didn't get it. I didn't think they should be banned from the place or made to follow a dress code.

    Just confused.

I once saw a girl there with her boyfriend and she was wearing a bee costume. The CM in line smiled at them and ushered them onto the ride. Nobody was staring or pointing at them... I remember smiling and thinking, isn't it great that Disneyland is one of the few places where so many different kinds of people can come and enjoy and they all are accepted?

This father seemed pretty mortified by his daughter. I just thought "Dude, if you're that opposed to what she's wearing then put your foot down. Aren't you her father?" I wasn't even allowed to shave my legs until I was 13! Much less wear teeny tips shorts and a tube top to Disneyland. I'm all for teaching girls to be proud of their bodies and self confident. Amen to them! There's just a time and place and age for everything.

I am a 41 year old dad with a 14 year old daughter and a 10 year old autistic son. I'm the dad that the kids tell to "Turn down the music!". I am heavily tattooed and professionaly eat & breath fire. I also work seasonaly as a 7'2" tall evil Clown at a local haunted house here in Las Vegas. I'm the one that say's "Hey! Let's go to Disneyland!" and "Hey, I want ice cream!". I'm the "Cool Daddy".

THAT being said, I am also the dad that thinks his 14 year old daughter wears too much make up (even if it IS just eye liner, blush, and occasionaly lip stick), and that being she has an 18 year old's body in a 14 year old girls that her neck lines are a little too low and her skirts a little too high. That is what I think. HOWEVER, I'm not going to fight with her about it. Not because I'm caving or not a strict dad. It's the fact that I remember being a teen and know what teens do and are capable of. I'll talk to her about the IMPORTANT things. A fashion melt down is NOT important. Neither is flashing her boobies *shudders at the thaught* when she's 18 and free to make her own stupid mistakes. If she's dumb enough to take that risk, and accept all of the consequences, go for it, learn from it, deal with it.

MY role in being "Dad" is to make sure that she never gets behind the wheel of a car after drinking or gets IN a car with someone driving that has been drinking at that party she's snuck off to at her friend's house when their parents are out of town. My role as "Dad" is to make sure she knows that no matter what, she can call me and have me come get her, or she can call me, tell me what happened and that she's going to stay the night there and we'll deal with the problem later when we are both being rational.

My job as "Dad" is to do THOSE types of jobs. Not to freak out because she looks like some sub-species of human when out in public.

I can tell her, "um, hey sissy- just say 'no' to CRACK" when her butt crack is showing to embarrass her enough to pull up her britches. That's as far as I'll go to deal with it tho.

My boy still liek to burn ants with a magnifying glass. I'll worry about him later. If he happens to see some boobies on SM, oh well. Aint like it's gonna scar him for life. If anything he'd giggle all day and tell everyone what he saw and think it was the funniest thing in the world.

    Again, no biggie.

What was my point? I don't have one. I just had too much sugar and got rambling.

People have been flashing for years. Big whoop.Boobs are pretty darn mild compared to what could be flashed.
The only thing that would stink about it , is if you wanted your picture from SM and the flasher was in your log. That's the only downer,or if it's a good set of nuggs, an upper for some.
( and you KNOW who you are!) ;-) LOL
