It's either the teacher's fault or another child's fault if something happens at school. I'm getting really sick of hearing the phrase, "My child would NEVER do that." I'm also getting sick of parents threatening other children with bodily harm (yes, you read that right) because their child was knocked over or had a football throw at him. I'm not condoning the actions of the other kids, but are normal 5th grade dustups really a reason for an adult to threaten a 10 year-old? Is there ever a case where an adult should threaten to harm a 10 or 11 year-old?
