And I wouldn't sue Disney because I felt that I deserved to use their property to save my life. It's not Disney's responsibility to aid in your "medical care" in any way, shape or form. Not everyone feels entitled in such a way.

I would guess if he did tell her to - it was to try and get our sympathy... but she seemed to go about it all wrong!!!

And I NEVER said Disney was obligated to treat my medical condition. But why would they let me do it for so long, then just suddenly stop? Its pretty clear that in that 4 year time I was NEVER a liability to Disney.
Besides, I have no control over the medical fields to MAKE them find a CURE!!! I pray everyday that a cure will be found, but until then, the only thing I can do, is keep doing what I've been doing in order to live another year and raise my son.
But I wouldn't expect anyone to understand this until it happens to you!! Which I hope it never does, because trust me, there is nothing fun about having your vital organs pulled out of their normal postion and twisted in ways their just NOT meant to go.
Just think if it were you or someone you loved that was suffering and something as simple as a ride could actually help them, what would you do? Would you want them to lay there and suffer in unbelievable pain, or would you have them do WHATEVER it takes to stop their pain?
I think its a fair question.

Here's the deal - I truely am sorry you are ill and that you have to suffer.
But blaming Disney for making you worse for not letting you use the DAC line is just wrong.
If you had an issue with the handling of it - you could have left the park and called the proper people in charge of the DAC policies.
As soon as you made threats to call the Vice President you only hurt yourself.
Coming here and yelling at all of us isn't helping.

And I'm sorry if you think I am yelling at you, I'm just simply responding to some of thease posts. I will admidt, it is pretty hurtful when ppl judge you for something they know nothing about. But hey, thats why we all live in America, freedom of speach!
Guess I just figured if you ppl were making this a topic, I thought that perhaps you'd like to know the facts from the other side of that coin.
But anyhow, you all have yourselves a wonderful night.

I know that it seems to make your condition better, but if they have signs up telling you not to, I would think you should pay attention to them. It's like smoking in the middle of Main Street, even with designated smoking areas. I feel like it's a huge liability for them to have people with medical conditions of any kind (including ones that they don't know they have, as has been the case recently) on rides that could potentially worsen their conditions. It's nothing personal, but it just seems like it would go against everything that any lawyer has ever told them, and we all know how much Disney likes to listen to its lawyers...

Disney is not responsible for your preexisting adverse health issues; Disney is not obligated to treat your preexisting or future maladies either. And I would love to see a judge dismiss this complaint and that your counsel has put in countless hrs. of preparation only to get nothing.

If I am correct that these adhesions are when things like internal organs grow together where they are not supposed to.

And I know we talked about you like a crazy lady. But you have to admit the "story" is odd to say the least. But what is it they say? Reality is stranger than fiction. I am glad that you have found something that relieves your pain.
If this is indeed a lucky mistake in finding a treatment your Dr. should do a paper for a journal.
Have you tried other type of rides? I rode a REALLY rough coaster at Cedar Point that shook my organs until they hurt. I am not suggesting that coaster as it would probably be TOO much gut stretching, but maybe try a trip down to Tampa and take a spin or 2 on Gwazi.

If you are telling me that all the CM's are just a bunch of meanies and that they made up stuff to get you out...Ain't buyin' that either.

Mean Streak? The big wooden on in the back? We did that twice in a row because there was no wait for it...ouch! We didn't really notice how bad it was after the first time (I think we were all still shaking from it), but once we got off the second time, we all had really bad headaches. Decided it would be a good time to take a lunch break...

That is true--- I'll grant you that one. Your mulitiple rides likely didn't affect the wait of other guests.

///The REAL line hoppers are those ppl that get pulled from the line 10 to 15 ppl back, just in order to fill those seats!!!///

How is it different? Why are those who are selected out of the main queue 'REAL line hoppers' but you are not? Both situations are the same; you both are used to fill up each service elevator thus keeping the attraction's capacity at a maximum. And that is the way things should be.

Please believe me, I know exactly how it feels. I do wish you, and your son well in your pursuit of Justice. I do not feel it is appropriate for me to judge anyone without knowing all of the facts. Thanks very much for posting here. I certainly hope you can find the time to continue to visit our community in the future, and let us know the outcome of things. You might also find our other topics on WDW very interesting. We are a very diverse group here at LP which lends itself to interesting, and lively discussions.
