Sometimes threads just have a way of ending with time regardless of the interest when first posted.

The only thing that I've seen here is when the thread gets really mean and ugly (not at all close here) the thread will be closed to new posts, but it still remains on site. At the beginning of the section you can choose how far back in time you want to go. So if you're not seeing an old thread, you may have to change the time parameters.

You have to have certain community standards while respecting all posters rights including an open discussion on varying topics. This is an extremely difficult job for the owner. I for one have always appreciated how Dobbie very seldom has felt the need to step in, and rein the horses back. Having said that sometimes however he has no choice, but to nip a certain post in the bud or close the thread to any new post. As the owner that is his right. Any poster is free to appeal his decision or leave the site. I really don't know how you could be any fairer than that. If you have any further doubts about Disney censoring post or threads on LP, I will again suggest that you visit anyone of our numerous enjoyable threads now in progress. God Bless you also.

The way it was presented in the press made you sound like a nut job. But we should all remember there are 2 sides to every story. It is an odd case with extraordinary circumstances. Resulting in an even odder solution of repeated rides on a ride at Disney World. How odd. So odd, its got to be true. As far as these fan sites, I think most will agree that for those over the age of 16, LP has the best discussion board. And it sounds like you have a more than passing knowledge of WDW, so feel free to jump in and discuss your thoughts on Disney and its operations.
