Bringing back the Adventures Club, as well as a general purpose, all around have a goodtime club, is long overdue, and is a much needed, wonderful entertainment attraction for the Downtown Disney complex.

I would like to see them gate it off though, like it was before, and make it strictly 21 or older after 6 PM. With lots of security.

Fair enough? << That's a good idea Trippy because most WDW CM's couldn't afford to get hammered there unless they got a sizeable raise.

I also can't imagine it was very profitable for Disney. It was more a "sit and watch" place than a "sit and drink" place. Combine that with the relatively large cast required, and it had to be a money-loser for Disney. << It was unique, and had a cult like status. I believe Lee can verify that it was a money maker. Disney killed the AC off for what ever perveted reason. All they had to do was let the guest know it was there. Like they did when it first opened up. Now tell me who wouldn't be up for a place that celebrates New Years every night. Especially after you're Pixie Dusted out, and need a break from the family entertainment for a good night of adult entertainment with unique club offerings.

Maybe there was drug use before people went into PI (though I didn't even see that) but I think most of us were afraid of losing our jobs if we got caught doing something too stupid in there. Of course, PI was still pretty young and popular in '92. The nightly New Year's Eve party was still going on and all the clubs were still pretty fresh.
