Yup. Nothing else matters. It's simply because he's Mormon. Period. End of story.

That's not an answer to the questions I listed.

He desperately wants a Mormon in the White House to further validate his acceptance of LDS as the only true path to salvation.

If he allows himself to question Romney's behaviors and Mitt's actual motivation in seeking the Presidency, then he runs the risk of questioning everything about his religion. Which is something Josh is obviously desperate to avoid.

And yet Romney won't do it for some reason. He's a smart guy. So he must know how damning those tax returns will be. He hopes that issue goes away, but voters have a right to know how our presidents made their money -- and that they paid there taxes early, too.

The question Romney supporters must ask themselves is "If Obama refused to release his tax returns, would I be okay with that?"

Of course, the only honest answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT.

What is Romney ashamed of? What's he hiding? Why is Ryan so eager for power that he, too, will fall on the sword of only releasing 2 year's worth so as not to make the boss look bad?

Romney needs to come clean about his taxes. The American people need to know whether or not he is trustworthy.

Everyone knows how guilty a person looks who refuses to release info like tax returns. It must be really bad to make this huge deal out of it and have everyone think you're hiding something by refusing to release them.

    What a sleezeball.

Not only does it give you a breakdown by state, it shows the undecided/swing states and allows you to conduct your own "what if" scenarios by picking how each swing state will go, or even by switching one of the states that's not considered swing.

In any event, they also crunch all of the numbers from the swing states, and make a probabilistic guess as to what the final outcome will be. When I started looking at this a couple of weeks ago, the state tallies were the same, with the same 11 swing states. But, the calculated likelihood of an Obama victory has risen from 87% to today's 96%. I guess this means that the polls in swing states are moving more toward Obama in the aggregate, even if they are individually still too close to call.
