There were four items under cover, all of them seemed to be about the size of a portrait. Some were clearly flat and thin, like a painting, two being angled so that when uncovered would be easily viewed head on by guests in the doombuggies. At one time (about two weeks ago) there was something that looked like a large figure under a tarp. That was not there yesterday. It is possible that that original big figure has been unpacked or un-tarped to the point where it is now clearly a portrait on an easel. There was no new audio on in the attic. My personal guess: since the minor props are up around the "portraits," I think that part of the attic is most likely finished. Why clutter your workspace with teacups and plates if you're still actively working there? So I suspect the paintings are in place and ready to go online. I bet that workers are still installing or testing other effects or items, other than the paintings, for the attic. The cast members I talked to just played dumb, which I guess is a good thing in general. But also, the general level of knowledge and attentiveness in the average CM has gone way down in recent years. Sad.

The five different sets of wedding china and other items are in place (one for each dead husband) and the covers are still on the portrait-looking things, but I am sure that it is all about to come uncovered. They have not moved the bride and her churro still looks the same, but the space to the left is ready for her and there was a rather large, covered item in that area that looks like it could have been an AA laying on it's side or something. The audio did sound the same as it has for awhile now. One of the covered up things looks to me like a mirror, I mean, I saw a light reflection of some sort through the thin material they have covering it. A mirror wouldn't really make sense though.

You indicate yourself that you neither heard nor believe it likely that she will speak. Even if she does, that alone is no 'major development'--it is one small moment in an Attraction of enormous scope and detail. (2) The one who was so crushed and heartbroken at the 'revelation' kept on reading and posting and reading and posting as more and more and more and more details were 'revealed.' It isn't fair to take doombuggy to task for supposedly ruining her life with what you believe is (at least in great part) non-information when her wounds, if any, were wholly self-inflicted. I'll get behind passion any day, but not silliness and unfairness. Not to mention the abject silence at my point that any or all of this 'information' could be foisted upon someone without any warning by other Guests at Disneyland. But no one would start bawling and crying to other Guests (for example, in line) and beg them to stop talking about HM rumors as it was ruining their day. To paraphrase Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Doombuggy's right. I stand with doombuggy.

I did not say I "neither heard nor believe it likely that she will speak." I did say that I had not heard any dialogue from the Bride, which is true. I did see this thread's original title, and can understand that others would feel blindsided, especially if they had been carefully avoiding najor revelations. And this is a big change. >>(2) The one who was so crushed and heartbroken at the 'revelation' kept on reading and posting...<< She read and posted because the beans had been spilled. I do note that as other things started to come out in the thread, she left. Ultimately, I am not saying that some here are just completely right and others are just completely wrong. I am saying that the complete lack of regard for another point of view is disappointing. A crucial surprise was revealed to an unwary member of the community, and now she is being mocked for reacting with a certain degree of rage and disappointment. A simple "Sorry, no offense intended" should have been enough.

I utterly failed to grasp your true meaning, so I offer my apology there. We'll just have to disagree that a possible new soundtrack (the only thing 'revealed' by the thread's title) constitutes any sort of 'major enhancement' to the Attraction. I hope no one's day was ruined by the previous threads about the new flooring in the HM foyer, as that was an enhancement of similar magnitude, if you ask me.
