Not theme park upgraded room but ask them the difference between deluxe and standard to find out the difference. Maybe it has to do with room or bed size? Our room seemed plenty spacious and had 2 queens. I don't know when the garden pool renovation will be done; if it's still going then, it would disappoint you. When we stayed in this room in December, there was no pool renovation going on so the view was great. Also I recommend that you ask for the new softer beds. Just a suggestion. Hojos is the very best at working towards pleasing their guests IMO. Call them and tell them everything that you need and I know they'd work with you, regardless of your rate or where you booked it from.

We rushed back home, a 6 hr trip to become grandparents. I want to thank the staff at Hojo's for their service. The room met all my expectations, and we want another chance..We will be back June 1st and are hoping for the same room. It was noted as we left, and now I am looking forward to the next trip. No Disneyland this time, but a first grandchild is more fun than any attraction! And Lorealle, I saw somewhere that you are starting a new hojo web site. You are a very helpful person and you aim to please. The customer service at Hojo's is topnotch!

We used to go to dinner at the HoJo's restaurant! Anyhow, my parents had never stayed there, but I convinced them to give it a try (not too hard to do) as a way to make multiple trips less expensive now that they have AP's. We got the Ent. Rate for a Disney View room. They loved it! Thanks for continuing to be a great, reliable property for our Disneyland vacations.
