I have trained him after years and years, lol, that if he cannot sleep to just get out his booklight (that I bought him) and read or something. He used to get out of bed and go watch TV or go to the computer. I wake right up if he gets out of bed and then I can't get back to sleep if he's not there. He will probably wake me up but at least if he starys in bed I'll be able to go back to sleep.
