I hope you don't take that in the wrong way. As you can see I am of the opinion that if you want out you should go. Life is too short to be unhappy or do things against your belief. Again, I sincerely wish you both the best.
Originally Posted By Elderp "What about a class action lawsuit? maybe you can get some bucks out of it." That would be intresting, I think it is a waste of time, but it would be interesting. I have to agree with some of the posts here in that I have known some local church leadership can be wishy washy too on dropping members. This is not right in my opinion, but I have never seen a clearly written letter of intent to SLC fail in producing the desired results.

But you can watch it online at: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories /2008/01/31/60minutes/main3775068.shtml Hinkley definitely lived a long life, as he was old in this interview and made it another 12 years until his recent death. The segment gave a broad overview of the church and discussed many topics. It's 13 minutes long. Give it a watch!

In my limited experience, the "comment on this article" feature on most news websites is less than worthless - they're complete junk. We think that we have problems here in WE, but at least we have some sense of community and for the most part people aren't totally stupid.

I have a friend who is a woman of transsexual experience, and upon reading the comment section on a news article about a transsexual who was murdered, she was so horribly offended and SCARED that she practically became suicidal because of the absolutely HATEFUL stuff people wrote!
