Any bathroom fixture is stinky if it's not cleaned regularly. I've seen plenty of these installations that work just fine and exactly like their counterparts with water. Every new restroom facility should have these installed. It should probably be part of the building code in areas that are prone to water shortage.

WDW is under the Florida Aquifer, which makes water availability no problem to WDW, with the exception that they have desalinization plants around. That was the problem with 20K. All the colors got messed up in it since they filled it with water from the aquifer and pumped it full of chlorine in an attempt to "clean" the water. Anyway, I think low-flow urinals are better. It just doesnt make much sense to let it just stay there. I also think the auto toilets are key, since many people dont wash their hands and germs can accumulate very easily on handles.
