I still think that it was the best meal I've ever had. I figure that the stars just happened to line up on that evening, and I got something really special. I went back to the same place many times, but it never matched that one evening, and I've been to a lot of fancier places, but I've never enjoyed a meal as good as that one was.

To this day I have never tasted anything quite like it. It was incredible and just seemed to dissolve in my mouth without chewing. Funny part is that I don't even like most fish so you know it good!
