As I've stated before, the songs from FROZEN were the only things about the film that were a disappointment. I don't think they force everybody to be in line the entire time (though that might be a great way to cut the line down significantly), so I would imagine there's a lot of trading places going on I guess one of the crazy things for me is that the movie just came out and people are devoting so much of their time to the meet and greet. It's not like someone in the family had been asking to meet Anna & Elsa for years and years, and they've finally gotten the chance. At most, they saw the movie 5-6 months ago and liked it; that's less time than a lot of people plan their WDW dining reservations
