It's hard to judge people's 'tones' in a post, and that can lead to misinterpreted posts and hurt feelings. What I don't agree with is that people here won't tolerate having a negative word said about anything Disney! Just go to the WDW General section, or DL General section, or ... anywhere really. I'm not saying that people deliberately go out looking for the bad things (most of the time), but most people are pretty fair at saying what they think is good and bad.
