That would allow the most way-out ideas and they'd never have to worry about the present catching up or trying to make "accurate predictions."

I'd move Pizza Port to the long-vacant upper level of Starcade, move Buzz to the old "Flight to the Moon" building, and convert CircleVision back into CircleVision (but this time, all digital, capable of showing ANY CV film that's ever been made (including the Animatronics needed for Timekeeper). I'd rebuild the Peoplemover to WDW-MK standards. For Autopia, I'd rip the whole thing out, and make "Autopia 2020" a prototype "smart-highway" system. Vehicles (powered by something OTHER than noisy, stinking gasoline engines!) would at once give guests both MORE and LESS control over the experience: they would be able to choose alternate paths at several points, but at the same time, the "Smart Highway" system would prevent them, without oversize bumpers or a guide-rail, from crashing into each other or running off the road.
