I think you are right though ... I believe the area I referenced near PI was labeled as 'Town Center' or something very close. Doesn't matter as I absolutely don't see Disney spending $$$ on something to draw guests out of its parks to see a fountain display/show in the middle of a shopping center gone bad. But who knows? Disney never ceases to surprise me with stupid decisions both creatively and financially.
