The Golden Legend of Elizabeth I was amazing! Books, documents, and some art of her time. They even had some signet letters with her own writing on them! The miniature portrait was gorgeous and the Coconut Goblet just amazing!! Too bad it's going to close next week. Today is my nephew's Christening. My niece is also going to have a set of godparents named since they didn't do that when she was Christened. My sister and I are also gonna celebrate out Birthdays. We were born two years and a week apart and have celebrated them together since we've become adults. Heck, we even had joint parties when we were little kids too, lol.

Originally Posted By FaMulan Hello my topic! Yesterday was a good day in Torrance. My niece and I went and saw The Fenians perform at the Torino Festival Plaza in the Torrance Cultural Arts Center. She got a Fenians T-shirt, enjoyed a snack and the show. I was even able to introduce her to four of the five guys in the band. Then she was hungry for lunch so we got a Nemo meal at McFood. Then it was home for some down time before the dance recital. I don't know why my sister wanted me to put up my niece's hair, she know's I'm challenged that way (lol). I did it though, she had a very good ballerina bun by the time I was done. I got her to the school and waited for her Mommy and baby brother to come and we watched her dance then went to Marie Callendar's for dinner. It was a good day. I even came home to my 7/17 meet ticket!
