Well, they did a nice job on a cheap environment. And while I do enjoy the Whirl, the rest of the area can take a hike.

I'm not into the parking lot cheap carnival atmosphere. I much prefer more spectacular themed areas like Asia, Africa, and just about everywhere else in AK. But yeah I am happy it can be down in 74hrs, Joe Rhode knows his stuff.

I have no real issue with Dinoland as it works for me for what it is, and it is much better than empty space ( or a Pooh Playground) - but if they decided to upgrade the area to higher level attractions, that would be great also.

But DinoRama? That place is just bad.

The park needs more attractions, BUT, the quality the park currently has is'nt lacking much at all. It's pretty spectacular.

The inflatable meet in greet characters are a hoot, the fact that Primeval Whirl is a rip-off of Dinosaur is hilarious, I love the costumes with all the Wal-Marty buttons, the roadsign signs are clever as well and there are loads of other details. There is more detail in that one little area then there is in all of Paradise Pier. With that being said. . . It they said they were destroying it tomorrow for an immersive E-Ticket I wouldn't shed a tear.

I do like the Whirl as a ride, but the setting is pretty lame by Disney standards.
