We just put away our Halloween things. (All of the gravestones and strobes and lights and such) and have made way for the Christmas festivities. We declined (for the first time) doing Thanksgiving with either of my parents. We will be spending the time alone with our turkey, cats and Christmas decorating activities. This just may be the best Thanksgiving ever.

Funny, I am hosting Thanksgiving and want some Christmas stuff up. I only have a few Fall/Tday decorations and I want it to look festive. It all kind of runs together around here. I mean, "Miracle on 34th Street" starts with Thanksgiving and runs to Christmas, right?

SPP, LOL! about the C-9s, C-7's and the LED's :) 24 years ago, DH nearly ended up in the emergency room trying to put the lights on the roof line of this house. Since then we just go crazy with the yard lighting ;) BTW I'm ordering something from Bronners tomorrow, not a Santa Face but something Christmassy for sure ;)

Your DH sounds like my DH TX :)
