My husband, son and I returned to Epcot in August 2004, the day hurricane Charley hit the resort. We were only in the park for three or four hours, so we only made it through Future World. So, we haven't experienced the wonderful dining (or snacks) in Epcot!

Mix flour, sugar, cardamom, yeast, and egg together for about five minutes until dough is stiff. Form it like a ball and place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let proof for 45 minutes, or until dough has doubled in size. Roll the dough out like a sausage and cut it into five ounce pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and put them on a non-stick sheet pan and let them proof for 30 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes in 375 degree oven. Let cool. Mix powdered sugar and water (use small amounts until proper consistency is achieved) to make icing and place in shallow pan. Form hole in bread using finger. Dip bread in icing (hole side down) and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Using a pastry tube, squeeze vanilla custard into hole and swirl at top for decoration.

I plan on spending a minimum of two days in EPCOT on our upcoming trip. I was on Soarin' at DCA, but Tyler and Dave haven't been on it, so we'll probably do that a few times, we've never been on TT, I'm not sure we'll do M:S, but I just know there is so much to see and do, that we will be spending a lot of time there.
