You seem to believe that gays are gathering at the park for overt sexual reasons. I'm pretty certain that that is not why they are there, and I would assume the chances of you seeing anything you don't want to see if not much different during Gay Days than any other day of the year. People who have been to previous Gay Days seem to confirm that.

Taking this all the way to the original post, I think it would be great if somebody organized a "coat and tie" day at Disneyland and got 5,000 people to show up dressed conservatively. You could schedule it for the day before Batsday, for maximum contrast.
