There are two out, one is simply a cloth, similiar to a wash cloth, that you just put in with the rest of the clothes. They work really well. As for your problem now, you might take some Oxyiclean following directions and mix up a little batch and maybe with a soft brush like a toothbrush gently clean your collar, cuffs, and shirttail.
