My husband has never been converted but he has conceded on our last Disneyland trip that he really felt relaxed and that he didn't worry about anything while he was there. I think of Disneyland like a great old friend, it doesn't matter how often you go- you always have a good time and even if you haven't been for a while, the moment you walk down Main Street it all comes rushing back to you and you feel like you were there yesterday. Thanks for sharing everybody!

I am lucky my whole family "gets it". As I have stated my ex never did...my kids have always said that they will not marry before their significant other takes a trip there with the family and loves it like they do. I think that speaks for itself.

I have to say (and seriously) that the next person I consider marrying better have a special place in their heart for Disney or at least allow it to grow on them.

I have always had to scramble to find someone else to come along with us over the years because my ex was never interested in it. Once we took my father and stepmother along. I tried to talk my sister and her family into going along on this trip, but they want to shoot for the holiday season instead. I am more than willing to return then so I hope we can plan something together for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

If we go during December it will be around Christmas time. Right now I am leaning towards Thanksgiving time, but if my sister tags along it will pretty much be up to her and her hubby as to which time they want to go. I think that we will still have fun next month even though I will only have my daughter along. She is becoming a Disney pro!
