It's a business folks, not a charity. That's why they don't offer free admission, free parking and free bottled water either.

When I graduated from high school I bought a pair of graduation ears and the CM embroidered NHS (my school's initials) on the cap. I think momma HAUNTS had to do some serious convincing though. The other time was in Fronteirland where they personalize leather goods. But back on topic, I think it's rediculous to charge $3 for embroidery. They already make so much money off of the "Build Your Own Ears" thing that I can't even see them needed to charge extra for standard embroidery. It would be really hard for me to want to buy any of the leather goods I love if they decided to charge extra for the engraving OR for etching any of the crysal goods.
