Just because you have received a right to work does not mean you also receive a right to free education, free health care and services, etc.

If you don't meet the quota, you can't come in. So if you can't come in, and you want or need to, you get illegal immigration. Where I'm going with this is that our laws don't work. They are violated not only by the millions of illegal aliens, but the millions more of Americans who look the other way. It's not just businesses that hire these people. Regular folks go out and hire "day laborers" to do stuff for them. Immigration laws are basically ignored by everyone. They don't work, they don't reflect what our society is engaging in, and do not help the situation.
