Also, very peaceful music plays. It's a wonderful "ride" (can it be called a ride if it doesn't really do anything but lift you and then just sit there?). I like watching people's dangling feet in the rows of seats above you. You can tell they're having a good time by the way their feet swing back and forth.

Enjoy your flight on Soarin' and let us know how your experience was. (Note: While all the seats have a very similar view, I would suggest asking for front row for your first ride. No legs to dangle in front of you.)

I'll post a great big trip report when I get back, wish you guys were comin with us!

The special effects on indy were just amazing and soarin- WOW! I loved thge orange smell when flying over the trees. The ride felt so real I kept lifting up my feet because I was afraid they were going to hit something! LOL! I can't believe I waited as long as I did. So much wasted time being afraid of something that wasn't scary at all. Both those rides had the best theming, effects, etc. I cannot wait to go back! So, thank you to everyone here who encouraged me to just go for it!

I kept laughing at myself for picking up my feet and had to keep reminding myself it was just a ride. We were seated in the very last row and could see everyones feet in the air above us. Indy was just great! A little loud, a lot bumpy but a wonderful attraction! Disney imagineering at its finest! In the room where the "darts" fly by I ducked. Hey, they were very realistic air darts.
