This means that all of the people staying elsewhere have to trudge to the FP+ kiosks when they arrive in the park and wait there; depending what they pick and how busy it is, there's a pretty good chance that they waste more time than they save Currently there's a real lack of kiosks, but I believe they're working on it. The kiosks began to pop up in the locations of paper FP machines before the parks fully converted, and many of the old (now unused) machines are still in place. I would assume it's only a matter of time before they all get replaced with kiosks, helping to reduce wait times (the real headscratcher for me is the Splash Mountain FP machines are still there, untouched; you'd think that the current multi-month refurb would be the perfect time to do the conversion)

That was really good, but will that be the common way of operating going forward? I liked that, but somehow, I question getting three E ticket FastPasses at 8 pm. the day before going once the program is open to all.

That's better than nothing, but I agree, it would be much better if you could at least ask for all in the morning or evening to begin with. We park hop and I have already made (had to make) our dining reservations so we need to be able to coordinate our FastPasses (or just not plan on using any, which would not be my first choice).

Given that you only have to redeem your FP within the hour, we were always able to find something that worked, even if we only had an hour-or-so for our meal

Today I can sit at home at grab one for a future date and recently I was able to grab one 2 hours before I left for the parks when normally they would be long gone before I got there. I hear a lot of concern and complaining out there. Alot of it coming from people who have not even used the system. I have found the system great. A lot of people are complaining about the 3 choices but if you choose carefully I have found 3 are enough. I always suggest that you choose a big attraction (Soarin, Everest, Big Thunder) and then grab the other 2 for slow moving lines like Peter Pan or Pooh. I have found that the Disney CM's have been amazingly helpful in the parks when I have had questions and the My Disney Experience App has worked perfectly when I have used it to change times and such.

In general it seemed like very useful information to gather, but like the type of stuff they should have been doing months/years ago (though I guess they wanted to talk to guests who had firsthand FP+ experience first) It also asked how likely I would use FP+ is multiple parks on the same day if that option were available, and how much I would 'expect' parkhopping capability from the system (I said I'd defintley use it and completely expect it...why else sell hopper tickets?) It sounds like they're nowhere near done tweaking the system, so it will be interesting to see what route they decide to take in the future

As I never stay at Deluxe resorts and only rarely stay on property at all, I hope this is never instituted. But I won't be surprised if once the system is up and running smoothly it goes down that way.
