Kieran wanted to buy guitar hero 3 for the ps2, he saved his birthday money for it, then we saw that a store was selling it for £30 instead of the usual £50 - £70 . (amazing how prices vary) I rang them this morning to see if they had any stock left of it and they didnt. On their website it is £50 and says out of stock too. Anyway, I decided to walk with my youngest son to our local town centre to buy it at £50 whilst Kieran went to a friends house to do his homework (school holidays for two weeks)
ANYWAY, we looked around all of the shops and no one had it except Woolworths at £47.99, so I spend ten minutes deciding if I should wait to see if I could get one for £30 or not, then decided to get it!!!! Rang Kieran and told him I was going to get it (with his birthday money) he got all excited, I went to the till with the empty boxes they put on the shelves and.........out of stock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Im so mad,

Im on my second glass of wine,

So glad my kids are adults and they can go get the dang things for themselves.

I'm ticked because I went to the market to get some yogurt and they 1. upped the price, 2. put it on "sale" 50 cents less, which 3. still made it more expensive that the previous regular price. How dumb to they think we are?

I can proudly say I do not think I have bought any media in a shop (except Tescos) for 5 years - got Guitar Hero 3 for the Wii for £40 rather than the £79 thanks to the net.

    Enjoy, especially the harder levels!
