Eight units here have closed over the past three months. Time between listing and sale averages about 3 months. We are having the moving company pack us. I did that when I moved here from Minnesota. You will never pack yourself again after you've had someone else do it for you! It really doesn't add as much to the cost of the move as you would expect.
