Where does the insanity end? My movie theater is always filthy from the pigs that saw the prior show, so should I be picking up their garbage? My mall's restrooms are often loaded with paper towels on the floor and in the sink, should I clean those? The goal of ssWedguy may be noble -- cleaner parks -- but the method isn't.

I just don't get that. Anyway I will gladly and have gladly picked up trash that wasn't mine or my kids' but never something that someone's mouth has been on. Imagine my 3 year old picking up something nasty like THAT because he saw ME do it. It's gray area to me.

''While I certainly don't expect day guests to pick up garbage at random, I do expect them to clean up after themselves. Respect our home.'' But that's just the problem. Many people don't. Many people weren't raised right. Others just decided to be pigs and disrespect others property. That doesn't excuse WDW management from cutting back custodial crews and money for them.

You don't need to capture a candy wrapper in a picture. But we pick up trash whenever we see it. Just like most other CM's. And I tell Custodial's "Thank You" a lot for what they do.

But I do think it's common decency to pick up the occasional piece of simple trash, if a trash can is nearby, and deposit it there. As a courtesy, and as an example to others. Anywhere in the world, let alone while on vacation at WDW. Even the godless WalMart parking lot. Except for sloppy, icky, tobacco, or any food items of course. I'm talking occasional pieces of paper here.

He no longer does it in front of me but I know he still does it. Anyway back to the subject. I do pick up trash no matter where I am at except for food. Won't go there and besides the birds will eat it. People need to ask themselves would they do the same in their homes, I think not. Pick up after yourselves people.

Of course, most of our attire is now designed to cover up the acres of fat that has been acquired due to being down right unhealthy -- just another example of how the typical American simply doesn't care about appearances. Fighting litter is a lost cause in today's society, but I admire those who are still up to the challenge! Here's a solution -- how about the Disney PhotoPass picture snappers start snapping photos of the most egregious litterers, and then hand them out at the end of the day to those guests when they leave the park. Better yet, just post their pictures online like a "Most Wanted" litterers bulletin board at the post office. I think I have a theme for a new website. ;-)

I for one do care about my appearance and my surroundings. I keep both very neat and very clean. I thank goodness everyday that I am not part of the growing trend of obesity and slobs. I was always taught to take pride in my self and my surroundings no matter where I am and now I am passing that on to my son. Thanks Mom and Dad. {)

Here's hoping that you will always remain slim and clean.
