Most of the people visiting WDW have paid a lot to come there. So, I assume you mean that the managers are asking you to be especially tolerant of the cultural and language differences of those visitors, right? ...as you should be to whatever group visits the US. You're supposed to be "nice" to everyone the same, right?

But they never get in line together, so when they get to the front of the line they'll say they have 30 in their group, but only 15 are there. So then we have to get them in the boat, and they try to sit where ever they want, yadda, yadda, yadda, and eventually a CM yells, and we get the "Be patient with the Brazilain Tour Groups" speech. Which in turn is ironic because they also tell us to load as quickly as possible and to dispatch as quickly as possiblie, but I digress.

I think when people die and go to hell, they get sent there, with a bunch of incompliant tour groups

My ultimate dream is going to the Parks, and they are filled with Brazilian tour groups, Cheerleaders, and Pop Warner football teams. Night of Joy is being celebrated at the MK, Grad Night at DHS, and all the guest are drunk at Epcot!

Why don't we promote Hells Angels get togethers also. You just like gong around to the resorts, and seeing the girls in their thongs going topless in the pool. Now that's really family entertainment.
