Michael is popular right now, I do not see this as being a long term revitalization of his career.

Especially when the sordid details of his final days start leaking out again, and they will, because we live in a society that seems to appreciate negativity.

I'm glad it was an enjoyable attraction, and people have warm feelings for it right now, but for fifteen plus years people have been bagging on MJ for being an alleged pedarest. After the buzz and niceities are exchanged, his weirdness will be harped upon again. Fairly or unfairly.

I don't think this is a chance Disney will take.

not the biggest fan of this attraction, but seriously I think enough people have expressed interest here and in the mainstream press that Disney should remaster the film in prep for a DVD release and reshow it in the parks on a limited run with the chance to extend it."

They COULD bring Eo back for a month or something, and just forget about the (few) special effects they took out to put in HISTA's. And they could tout it and probably get people to come to see it for that "

OMG I came on here to say BRING BACK CAPTAIN EO... but everyone beat me to it! great minds think alike :)"

-Lol. I came on hear to also say that I WOULD LOVE Disneyland to bring back Captain EO starring Michael Jackson for a month, two or three. We would be down their instantly if that were the case. We love what Michael stood for and who he was.

Captain EO/Michael Jackson brought gifts of love for all the world, kid's and kid's at heart. For that I thank Michael. A gentle soul who taught me to follow my dreams. A man who showed us that it's more than ok to be unique and different, it's a blessing. Michael's "light" is exponential because of me, you and everyone who carries his spirit of giving with them. From his head to his heart, he encouraged us, "If you wanna make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and then make the change." Thank you Lord for Michael Jackson.
