On the other hand maybe someone should go on a Disney diet and trumpet all the weight they lost only eating Disney food, kind of like Jared at subway. Besides, Who can afford to eat enough Disney food to gain weight anyway. I think my head is gonna explode. If they want me to lose weight, why are they giving me the Disney dining plan for free? Someone stop the madness!!!>> Disney doesn't care whether you eat healthy or not, CDD. Hell, their biggest audience appears to be (pun kinda intended) morbidly obese folks who have the palate of a picky seven-year-old from the heartland. It's all about dumbing down menus, raising pricepoints and getting folks hooked on the DDP. Healthy choices look good in the PR, much like say having a website that's supposed to be about healthy dining and exercising on WDW vacations, but instead touches on everything but those topics.

It's just that it is simple ... and, frankly, so are many of WDW guests and those folks are the ones TDO seems inclined to cater to ... even though they can be quite difficult and demanding in other ways.

As mentioned above, Sunshine Seasons did it right. Really i'm a big romaine fan. Also like bib and butter. For "field greens" I'm ok with Mesclun. I HATE - let me repeat that - HATE Mâche, Mizuna, and Watercress.
