It's gone from ice cream to salad but at least they're both consumable.

Witches my dears I know exactly the stuff to which you refer. I've been a victim of it @ those Chinese buffets. My huband calls it "that nasty skim milk frozen stuff with yellow food coloring".

The napkin thing @ Boma's wouldn't bother me if it was done instead of the change in & decrease of quality in food items not in addition to those changes.

As for the iceburg salad controversy... Let's face it when you climb down off your ECV and order your 'healthy' salad with eggs, cheese, bacon, crouton's & extra ranch dressing do you really want a green that gets in the way of all that flavor. After all isn't the greens just a vehicle for all the fixin's! ;)

In honesty I do love me a salad like that now & again but I won't begin to think I should decide for others.

I guess in actuality this thread has stayed painfully on point which sadly is...'it's all about the money'!

I think they've taken/used/bought the recipe from the REAL HBD, that's why it's so good.

For those who were wondering, nearly everything is cut in about 1/2 inch pieces, so all the lettuce blends so well.

You must have ESPN because you just accurately described my dinner tonight (just add some grilled chicken to all the other stuff!)

And those drops should be brought to the attention of the location/area manager because if you complain enough they'll comp the crappy replacement ... followed by a complaint at City Hall/Guest Relations ... and an email follow-up to the executive in charge of the park/area.

<<ORGOCH: Anybody had a burger at Walt Dizzy Whirl lately? It's 'nuff to make ya crave frog legs ain't it?>>

Yes. I had a mediocre burger with a much beloved ex-LPer recently at EPCOT. My $1.29 double cheeseburger at the Crossroads McD's was much better.

We expressed our distaste at one of the establishments selling it and the cast member on duty admitted there have been complaints. She advised us to go to City Hall.

ORWEN: In some cases the soft serve ice cream is so prone to melt as soon as it is handed over to the guest that it fall right off the cone!! Plus guests notice it doesn't taste as good as the former soft serve does.

ORDDU: Supposedly the managers at the various ice cream establishments are aware of the problems but they really aren't one's to be blamed. Meg Croften really needs to pay closer attention than she does--even if she is just a figure head.

    He's magical.

You should head to WDW this weekend with a red tee. I'm sure he'd love to see you!
I hear there's some big celebration going on this weekend tied to the MSEP's return and the new pyro show!

You're better off with a burger at Fuddrucker's at Crossroads ... or one at Fulton's!

But Pecos Bill's best kept secret is making a meal out of fries, the fixings bar and an extra plate ... $2.50 or $5 if you add a Coke!

(Thanks to a certain special sucky CM for teaching me this new trick!)
