One present (usually PJs) on Christmas Eve and the rest Christmas morning. My cousins always opened theirs Christmas Eve when we were at Grandma and Grandpa's house for the traditional spaghetti dinner. What do you have for dinner on Christmas? Some years it's Turkey with all the trimmings, and some years it's a prime rib roast and others it's ham with green beans and bacon, spider corn bread with honey butter and maybe {my last name here} potatos (this is a special scalloped potato recipe developed by my dad's uncle who was a chef). Can you tell which is MY favorite? Live Christmas tree or a fake? Flocked tree or "natural"? Angel or star topper?

Outside live, main floor recently chopped down, family room fake. Green! White fake tree's are just wrong. Flocked tree or "natural"? Natural, of course, the outside trees have genuine snow around christmas. Angel or star topper? Actually both --------------------------------------- Moral Dilemma's A. If you had just one day to vacation before a 700-day mission (blasted in space, missionary, peacekeeping or whatever) where would you go, and what would you do? B. If you were in a position where you could do the right thing and imprison someone for a fairly bad crime, but that person saved your life in the course of that crime, what would you do? C. You've been commissioned to do an episode of a famous anthology series (Say Wonderful World of Disney), what would your episode be about?

I would take my family to Disneyland, we'd do our favorite rides together, see all the parades and have a lovely dinner at Napa Rose. B. If you were in a position where you could do the right thing and imprison someone for a fairly bad crime, but that person saved your life in the course of that crime, what would you do? I'm a rules girl, so I want to say he should go to prison if he was really guilty, but I also have a soft heart, so I don't know for sure. C. You've been commissioned to do an episode of a famous anthology series (Say Wonderful World of Disney), what would your episode be about? I would choose Wonderful World Of Disney and make that episode on the Original Mickey Mouse Club and have the Original Mouseketeers appear, of course I would do the interviews. What a treat it would be to meet them. __________________________________ 1. How does your family celebrate Christmas or Hannukah? 2. Do you have any special holiday recipes you always make? Originally Posted By markedward OK. I'll try to tackle these, more or less. 1. How does your family celebrate Christmas or Hannukah? We celebrate Christmas the usual ways - We like baking cookies together - DP's delicious apple raisin cookies and spread , cut and decorate store bought sugar cookies. Some time with grandma either Christmas eve day or thereabouts. Christmas pageant at church Christmas eve - next year we're hoping the two oldest will participate. One present opened Christmas eve. Stockings of stuff to play with while the grownups get their act together. Playing outside with whatever outside toys - love that CA weather. How do we celebrate Hannukah? We have a cool wooden draedel. 2. Do you have any special holiday recipes you always make? What are they? Apple raisin cookies. Yumlicious. 3. What are your three favorite and least favorite Christmas movies or TV specials? Favorites - Muppet Christmas Carol actually made me cry. But our official favorite is the Grinch, the cartoon, not the movie. The Peanuts Christmas show is great too. Just bought that on DVD this year. And Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. Least favorites - That is tough. I just wouldn't watch them, right. But, I'll try. I laughed a lot when I saw The Santa Clause. But I don't like rewatching it, because the family dynamics are so painful at times. I haven't watched 2 or 3 because of that, and am in no hurry for the kids to see them. Or see them again, since I don't always know what they've seen. I've never seen it, but some people claim that the Star Wars Christmas Special is the worst t.v. show ever. Like, officially. I forget what organization ranked it. I'll pretend that's close enough. Now my three. Let's see ... 1. Roasted chestnuts. Have you ever actually eaten one? What did you think? 2. Have you ever spent Christmas somewhere besides your or someone else's home? Where? How was it? 3. Snow. Magic or public menace?
Originally Posted By avromark . Roasted chestnuts. Have you ever actually eaten one? What did you think? Yep, actually roasted some today, not over an open fire though, in the oven. I think they taste best without salt, some pepper and a little dab of butter 2. Have you ever spent Christmas somewhere besides your or someone else's home? Where? How was it? Nope. Next! 3. Snow. Magic or public menace? Snow is magic (until it hits city streets and turns into black/gray sludge), it's considerably more fun to drive on and so many sports that you can play with. Who (aside from those in warm climates) didn't enjoy making snowmen, having snowball fights, skiing (both kinds), snowmobiling, etc...

One caveat you cannot remove any current rides/attractions/restaurants. You may remove shops. 3. One caveat you cannot remove any current rides/attractions/restaurants. You may remove shops. I would spend a little R&D and see if it would be possible to build some kind of attraction that had a few seconds of TRUE free flight. The ride in Spy Kids 2 called "The Juggler," would be a good place to start. As the proud park owner tells us, this is the amusement park ride to end all amusement park rides. I know we couldn't build THIS exact ride, but think, there must be a way to at least free fall, but even better would be to experience some free travel trajectory for a short distance on a ride. 3. It is what it is, and I'd leave it alone. Next person, same questions again!

Yes - last year, I borrowed a bit of money from my parents because I'd just bought a new house and needed to do stuff to it. I hated owing them money, because I like to be independent. 2) Do you like to gamble in casinos? Not really. I do play on the pokie machines from time to time, but I prefer not to! 3) What is you most treasured Disney thing? Probably my Cinderella snow globe. But I also love a Donald Duck baseball that I got on my first visit to Disneyland - it's so American (I'm Australian) and so Disney, I love it.

My favourite toy, growing up, was probably Barbie dolls, and any time playing them with my sisters was always lots of fun. But I used to play other games too - school, or canteen games where we'd role play. That was always fun! 2. Do you have a lucky #? What is it and why is it special to you? 6. My birthday is June 16, and I just love the number 6. So even! 3. If you could add one more national holiday that everyone in the country got off what date would it be and what would it be called? My birthday! It would be called "All people's birthday" but it would be celebrated on June 16

Originally Posted By TALL Disney Guy <1. What is your favourite thing to eat for breakfast?> Too many to name just one, so a "lumberjack breakfast" type of breakfast: scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, sausage patties (w/ ketchup), hashbrowns (w/ ketchup), pancakes, French toast (oo-la-*la!*), and orange juice up the wazoo. <3. Do you have a favourite Disney character? Who and why?> Well, I have several for various reasons (I have for the most part one favorite from most films), but I'll go with "Shorts" characters here: Daisy Duck, because she's cute with her eyes and big bow and high heels, and has some nicely funny moments, and also Clarabelle Cow and Horace Horsecollar, because I love obscure characters, and the way these two were designed---and I come from farm country, lol. These were great questions---do 'em again!
