I can't remember the poem I once read about friends, but it said esentially that what makes the best of friends is that each one always thinks theother guy is a better person. So I guess I would want to think they are a better person than I am...or something nutty like that. *shrug* Someone else, please same questions.

Originally Posted By chickendumpling 1. The first thing you do after entering through the tunnels and Disneyland? The last thing you do before you leave? The first thing I do after entering the tunnel is gasp! LOL. Actually I'm only half joking. No matter how many times I go to Disneyland, it still makes me just as happy and still takes my breath away every time I enter that very special, very happy place. The last thing I do before I leave is almost always the same - I stop, turn around and take one last look before I go. *sigh* 2. What was the last restaurant you went to (not fast food) and what did you order? Just went out for dinner with friends last night. We went to a great local bistro featured on Rachel Ray's $40 a day show. DH and shared the Chateaubriand. It was wonderful. 3. What was your favorite and least favorite subject in high shcool? Boys and boys. LOL. Kidding! High school... hmmm... lemme think.... I have always enjoyed English (though I'm somewhat reticent to admit it after reading the "Intensive Purposes" thread and finding out how many LPers may be "grading" the grammatical content of my posts! LOL!) I also loved Latin and my journalism class. Does choir count? LOL. And French, I really liked my French class. And Science. And History (NOT the history teacher though. What a freak!) Driver's Ed was a HOOOOOT! We had the BEST teacher ever. Ohmigosh, tapdancemom you reallly have me reminiscing now! LOL. I don't think I realized it then but I really loved high school. Okay, least favorite subject... probably Typing. Talk about boring. Yawn! Of course it was completely invaluable. The teacher and I didn't really get along that great. Probably had to do with the fact that she knew I found her class to be COMPLETELY boring! LOL. Now that I think about it, my current office manager looks and acts almost *exactly* like my typing teacher! That is too weird. I never really thought about that before. Isn't life strange? I liked those questions. You could probably tell that by the way I just talked and talked and talked abou them. Let's do those questions again! === For your cutting and pasting pleasure: 1. The first thing you do after entering through the tunnels and Disneyland? The last thing you do before you leave? 2. But man, are they ever good. 3. Tell us about one of your favorite holiday decorations. My grandmother had those little bubble light ornaments when I was a kid. These things: http://farm1.static.flickr.com...9f14.jpg Every year, I'd sit there waiting for the lights to warm up, and the bubbles to start. So awesome. A few years ago, they sort of made a comeback, all retro-like, at Target I think. There's something magical and goofy about them at the same time.
