I know this is going to sound like I'm such a hick (but I am, so it's alright). I always wanted a BB gun when I was a kid, but my mom would never let me have one because we always lived in apartments or trailer parks, and my mom was convinced I would accidentally (or not) shoot someone in the behind or shoot out a window, etc.
DH bought me one a few years after we were dating! I now have 2 - a rifle and a pistol.

I never got and still want a Snoopy sno-cone maker though!!

    2. Could TALLDisneyGuy pass for The Joker?

    Nah, too southern.

3a. Have you had any relatives or friends that passed away on holidays or other important dates?

My grandma (mom's mom) passed away on Mother's Day.

3b. If so, how have you dealt with it?

We like to "talk" to grandma on Mother's Day (even though it's different every year) and let her know we're thinking of her and miss her very much.

I think the second way is a little less messy, I actually prefer to get them made at a soda fountain.

    2. Do you keep a diary or journal?
    No

    3. When was the last time you went minature golfing?
It was about a year and a half ago when my husband and I went on a Royal Caribbean Cruise. The ship had it's own course.

    2. Do you keep a diary or journal?

No, but I really think I should though.

    3. When was the last time you went miniature golfing?

Last May (as in last year), with a friend before her wedding.

    1. Do you usually remember your dreams? Describe the last one you recall.

Sometimes I remember them right away, sometimes later in the day; I can't recall any right now.

    2. What is the most exotic place you have visited?

    Hawaii: Oahu, Maui & Kauai

    3. What are your three favorite TV shows from childhood? What are your three favorite now?

Hmmm... I guess He-Man & the Masters of the Universe, Full House and The Muppet Show. Now it's The Simpsons, Chappelle's Show and hmmm... I guess Family Guy.

Philly cheestake if I'm splurging, but usually a Veggie from Subway.

    2. What do you think of suicide (as in, reading about it,hearing it on the news etc.)?
That's serious stuff to me because almost nine years ago I lost my son to suicide. I hurt for those people who did it and those they left behind. Your question was very innocent, what hurts is people who joke about it, especially on television.

    3. What was your favorite field trip in school? You may include trips from kindergarten, grade school, junior high and high school.
I guess the visit we made to Fort Clatsop that Lewis and Clark founded. That was in grade school.

Of course it's serious... one of my friend's classmates in med school committed suicide a few weeks ago. His family believes that it was a homicide. I guess it was one of those cases where the guy only appeared to be happy with his family, etc.

It's been said that a lot of those people who do commit suicide are coming OUT of their depression, although the reasoning escapes me at the moment. I also remember an assembly at school (I've been repeating this often as of late) where they said that 'suicide is the permanent solution to a temporary problem.'

I don't think I would work because if I were independently wealthy, I would own so many animals that it would take up all of my time to care for them all!!

    2. Who is your all-time favorite fictional character and why?

It's probably a tie between Robin Hood and Aragorn. I love how they both did so much good for so many and without any rewards for themselves.

    3. Describe the best moment you ever experienced at a Disney park.

The first time I was there, just walking around saying, "it's real!" I had wanted to go my whole childhood, but we could never afford it and it was the greatest feeling to even BE there!

If I didn't have to work and I had more money than I readlly needed then I would treat disadvantaged children to things they need as well as trips to Disneyland. If I had way, way to much money then I would set up a trust and look at worthy local causes I could support.

    2. Who is your all-time favorite fictional character and why?

I like Alex Delaware in Jonathan Kellerman's series. He's smart, handsome, intelligent and gets involved in real interesting mysteries and murders.

    3. Describe the best moment you ever experienced at a Disney park.

When I walked into the park May 2003 for the first time since I was 5 years old. I knew that this was my place and would be my passion. I would be back! And I have visited three times since and will make my fifth visit in July.

I don't believe I would work for an outside organization but one must remember that if you are wealthy it is almost a full time job manageing your assets. I would never trust an outsider to do that for me so I would be forced into the drudgery of counting my cash all day. Sigh...

    2. Who is your all-time favorite fictional character and why?

    Scrooge! ;-)

    3. Describe the best moment you ever experienced at a Disney park.

Never had a bad moment so I can't really single any one thing out.

I do not think I would work. I would do a lot of traveling in my private plane and volunteer in my spare time.

    2. Who is your all-time favorite fictional character and why?

I have a lot, it would be hard to choose one I think. I would probably say the Pooh characters. Also Harry Potter.

    3. Describe the best moment you ever experienced at a Disney park.

I too have never had a bad one, I guess recently would be arriving at AKL for my three week honeymoon stay that we had planned and saved for for so long and realizing we were finally there!

    Lilo & Stitch

    3. What is your favorite children's book?

Tie between the Winnie the Pooh books and stories by A.A. Milne, The Poky Little Puppy (I need to find that again, just so I can have it - that's the book that I taught myself to read on, I think!), and if you count them as children's books include the collections of Shel Silverstein's poetry.

For older children it would be the "little House on the Prairie" series. For the younger ones it's any Winnie The Pooh book.

Savor the sights of Main Street and revel in the immense happiness that sweeps over me when I emerge from the tunnel (the left one, of course).

    3. What are your favorite places to sit and watch people at Disneyland?

On the curb anywhere along Main Street while waiting for a parade, Coke Corner, in New Orleans Square.

That I'm not as young and spry as my name may make me sound.

    2. Are you going to see Harry Potter?
I was actually asked that today at work. The answer is no, I just have never gotten interested in the books or the movies.

    3. What is your next vacation?
Getting very excited, 45 day to go. My sister and I are driving to LA, getting on a cruise ship. When we get back to port we're heading straight over to Disneyland for a couple of days. Wish it was during th LP meet, but the cruise was set a year ago. We're also visiting my aunt and cousin in Walnut Creek. What a jam packed trip!
