Of course this December it changed to gingerbread cookies and hot chocolate, just for that once. 2. Do you think it is tacky to invite someone to a party and then ask them to bring food? I think if it is a dinner party or BBQ for friends it would be tacky to ask them to bring food. With family on mine and DH side that it's just a given that people all bring a dish, that's just how they have been doing it forever, unless it's a birthday or anniversary party or something, then the hostess provides everything. 3. How do you feel about e-vites (invitations sent online by e-mail) for parties? I was going to say I don't like them, but last night I was getting ready to either send some by e-mail for a family thing next month or pick up the phone and do it personally and couldn't decide which to do, so I didn't do anything. I guess if it's really informal e-vites might be ok, but I'm still not sure. My liitle grandson just came downstairs and wants some breakfast so I think I'll just recycle these excellent questions and go make little Andre some scrambled eggs.

Do you go to a fireworks display, set off your own, or some of both? We usually set of our own, but aren't going to this year as we've decided to include our dogs in the festivities and they are all pretty afraid of the noise! 3. What was the last movie you saw and what was your opinion on it? Brother Bear LOVED IT!!! Will have to buy it when I get some extra moolah!

Originally Posted By tapdancemom 1. How many times do you usually smack the snooze button before actually getting up? None anymore. My alarm snooze button isn't working and have overslept because of it. 2. Do you like ferrets. Well if the little pink creature on Kim Possible is a ferret my grandson and I like him. 3. Do you have a cell phone? If so, what do you have as your ring tone right now? I guess I'm boring because it's still on the original ring and I've had my new phone for almost 2 months. --------------- 1. When is your birthday and how did you celebrate your last one? 2. what is your alltime favorite movie? 3. Have you ever been to New York City and what did you do there? If not, would you like to go?
Originally Posted By JazzCat 1. When is your birthday and how did you celebrate your last one? April 2nd, 1962 I spent the day alone, giving myself a "spa day". Then we went to Red Robin that evening with a couple of friends. 2. what is your alltime favorite movie? Anne of Green Gables/Avonlea 3. Have you ever been to New York City and what did you do there? If not, would you like to go? Yes, but my DH said he *hated* NYC and so we stayed only a couple of hours. We were touring the east coast. We parked the car and I took a few pictures. The wierdest part is that we were at ground zero (but it was 1998) and most of the pictures I took were of the twin towers.

Friends and Frasier are the last two I've watched since their premiere. ************************************** 1. You have to give up the use of two of your five senses for a year. Which two would be least painful for you to lose? 2. What is your favorite little-known household tip? (Mine is that if you rub your damp hands over stainless steel--your kitchen faucet or a spoon, perhaps--after handling raw onion, it will completely remove the onion smell from your hands. Honest. No one ever believes me when I tell them this, but I promise it works!). 3. What kind of cake did you have for your last birthday?

I guess taste, maybe I'd lose wait faster than I am. The other is the sense of smell. Hearing, sight and touch would be just too much. 2. What is your favorite little known household tip? I have no secret weapons in the houselhold department. It's hard enough to stay caught up with the same old chores. 3. What kind of cake did you have for your last birthday? I don't even remember, but because I love chocolate, that's what it probably was. ---------------------- 1. When you go out for a nice dinner where do you go and what do you order? 2. Originally Posted By Pixie Glitter In your opinion, what is a "good age" to marry and start a family? It varies a lot based on the people involved, of course, but in general I think you should wait until you're at least 23 or 24 to get married. I also think it's a very good idea to wait at least four or five years after marriage to start having children. I think the time spent getting the marriage on really solid (and realistic) footing before having children is time very well spent. What is the first physical feature you notice on a person you find attractive? It's a tie between their eyes and smile (with butt running a close second!) ;-) your all time favorite Disney ride (any park)? Splash Mountain at WDW. ************************************** Wonderful questions! Let's repeat them.

Question 3: What was the one item (blankie, stuffed animal, etc.) that you just simply could not sleep without when you were a kid? Do you still have it?
