My happiest moment as a child was when I was about 5 and we were taking my aunt, uncle and cousin to the airport because they were going to WDW, we helped with luggage and walked them all the way onto the plane! They were just about to shut the door and everyone was taking their seats for take-off. My sister and I started panicking and saying..."mom, we better go!" and she said, "Nope, have a seat, WE'RE GOING TOO!!!" I'll NEVER forget that trip! My favorite memory as an adult was the day my daughter was born. It was truly a magical experience and I will never forget that feeling for the rest of my life, I actually feel that same way every time I look at her! What dish do you bring to potlucks? either chicken cordon bleu (sp?) or enchilada's...YUMMY! Favorite Fantasyland ride? I would have to say "It's a small world" I love all the scenes!! I think it's very sweet. 1.What did you have for dinner last night? 2.If you HAD to pick, would you rather play a sport or watch it? 3.If you could look like any celebrity, who would it be?
Originally Posted By goodgirl 1.What did you have for dinner last night? Homemade shrimp salad. 2.If you HAD to pick, would you rather play a sport or watch it? I'm not very coordinated or athletic so I would choose watch a sport. However, I'm not much of a sports buff so it would have to be an interesting/exciting sport and I'd need to have at least one other person with me to enjoy it. 3.If you could look like any celebrity, who would it be? Meryl Streep.

You can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room in front of my 65 inch TV. Or you can stay in my tropical themed guest bedroom. Or maybe you can even stay in my son's room which is an outerspace room where just about EVERYTHING glows, there is even a black light in there . 2. We're gonna stay up late and while we chat, we'll have the TV on. What late show will you turn on? I don't watch any of the late shows, I usually am reading at that time of night or I have Emeril Live on the Food Network on. 3. What will I find when I peek in your medecine cabinet in the bathroom? Neatly organized toiletries? Old prescription medications? Marbles? Neatly organized toiletries. Lots of bath products and lotions.

I'm 54 and when I was a kid the Saturday morning shows that I remember were with people not cartoons. My fave was Soupy Sales a goofy comic with puppets, slapstick comedy and he even brought his lunch so we could eat infront of the tv with him. 2. If you could visit any historical site in the country - where would you go and why did you pick that site? I love American History and since I've already been to Philadelphia which had so much to offer I guess I would choose Washington DC. I would love the museums and seeing the White House, Capitol and Monuments. 3. If you found a treasure map in your attic, and a antique dealer and a historian both tell you it's 100% real - would you believe them and try to find the treasure? Sure. It could be a real adventure. --------------------------- Good questions, let's give a go again!

Stay on your own side. 2. We're gonna stay up late and while we chat, we'll have the TV on. What will you turn on? No, we WON'T have the TV on. Talk to me or watch TV -- your choice. 3. What fun local place would you take to entertain me while I'm stayin' with ya? Prob'ly an overview tour of the city. The used CD stores. The Farmers' Market. The Arcade. Depending on the time of year, a drive through the countryside to a cider mill. Maybe a side trip to Detroit.

Originally Posted By Kar2oonMan 1) Do you decorate your place for autumn? All year 'round. Brown plants & lawn. 2) Does the advent of fall make you want to bake? Yes it does! It also puts me in the mood for soup & other comfort foods. Unfortunately, the weather here in Sept./Oct. is often the hottest time of the year, which totally blows the whole fall theme apart. 3) How do you feel about school starting? Does it bring back memories? Does it make you wistful? Does it make you feel old? Brings back memories of dreading going every year. Once I was in school, it was fine. But the weeks leading up to that first day were incredibly stressful every year. My kids have no such angst about it, thankfully. I am also struck by how short a school year seems now that I'm an adult. I remember being in school as a kid, and September dragging on f - o - r - e - v - e - r. After what seemed like a year, the Christmas break would arrive. Then the long, long haul until June.
