When and where did you meet your spouse or current love interest? Hmmmm.....long story, but he was my ex-husband's best friend. 3. Have you ever experienced a earthquake or hurricane? Describe. Both. I have been through several hurricanes. The worst was Marilyn in 1995 which totally destroyed the house that I had just but 5 months earlier.....oh and I was in the house at the time in our tiny guest bathroom with my hubby (then boyfriend), dog, 3 cats and 2 bunnies as the house blew done around us! I have been in quite a few earthquakes as well, but nothing major, knock on wood. We actually just had an earthquake yesterday, not sure what it measured, but it felt like maybe a 5.1, and we just had a 5.0 about a week before Thanksgiving.

I didn't think it was fall-down funny, but I liked it. Got a little more far-fetched than the first one. 2. When and where did you meet your spouse or current love interest? We both worked at Marriott's Great America. We'll be celebrating our 20th anniversary in Nov., but we've been together 25 years in October. 3. Have you ever experienced a earthquake or hurricane? Describe. Several earthquakes, most notably the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake in the SF Bay Area. Very scary, the building I was in held together but there was a fair amount of plaster crumbling and stuff falling off shelves. I left work a short time later, and on the drive home everyone was tuned into what few stations were able to broadcast, and looking at each other with a "Can you believe what we just went through?" kinds of expression. We lived in a second floor apartment with underground parking, so all the aftershocks were amplified. I didn't sleep that night, watching newscasts all night as the rescue efforts on the collapsed freeways went on.

Originally Posted By Lisann22 1. What's a current fashion craze you just don't get and hope goes away soon? Hip Huggers! Most American's are just not built anymore to pull this off. I'm tired of looking at everyone's love handles. I don't want to look at mine so why would I want to see yours! 2. What's the #1 place you have never visited but want to someday? Italy, specifically Tuscany 3. What would have to happen for you to visit that destination? I just to find someone I'm compatible with and share the same interest that can afford to go on this month long trip. I'm considering going alone but just think it would be more fun to share. I like these questions, let's repeat them.

Oh, and especially with the boxers showing - UGH! 2. What's the #1 place you have never visited but want to someday? Lisann22 took mine so I'll say Scotland. 3. What would have to happen for you to visit that destination? One word - LOTTERY.

An original Loyal Heart Dog plush from the Care Bear Cousins (circa 1985) 2. Repeat question 2 from above. <What's the #1 place you have never visited but want to someday?> Giraffe Manor in Africa 3. Play with/experience as much products as I could, without doin' real harm to 'em or makin' it noticeable (lol) Fun questions, let's do '
Originally Posted By goodgirl 1. What one gift that you wanted as a kid did you never get and still contemplate purchasing for yourself just so you can say you finally got it? I've mentioned it before but I wanted a Barbie but my mom didn't think little girls should play with dolls that had breasts so I ended up with a flat-chested Tammy doll. A few years ago I thought about buying the Star Trek Barbie but felt it was too expensive an indulgence. However, this Christmas my LPWB Mystery Pal (Kimrue) sent me a Tinkerbell Doll! She is wonderful! She came with a pair of silver shoes. I'm going to have to see if there are clothes that I can buy for her. Oh, and she also came with a silver crown for me to wear. Which I did. All day Christmas Day. 2. What's the #1 place you have never visited but want to someday? Lots of places. I really do want to go to Europe and spend time in Prague where my maternal grandparents came from. I've heard it is a beautiful city. From there I'd spend some time in Paris and Disneyland Paris and then head on down to Italy. I've also wanted to go to Bangkok Thailand. So many places, so little time. 3. If you got stuck in your favorite store overnight after it closed, what would you do there? Oh gosh. One of my favorites is Powell's Bookstore in Portland. It's one of the largest bookstores in the world. It might be fun to peruse the aisles looking for treasures to take home. I also think it would be fun to spend the night in a really cool toy store where I could just play with all the toys--dress the dolls, hug the plush animals, set up a race car track, put together puzzles--and not have to put anything away.

I'd suggest the capsules, the liquid smell worse than stiky socks and tastes even worse. 2. What are you bringing for dinner? Let's see. I make a good lasagna so I'll bring one to pop in the oven while we have that wine. Also a nice Caeser salad and garlic bread. For dessert I'll surprise you with a yummy chocoatle something from Papa Haydn's that I'll pick up on the way out there. 3. How will you keep me entertained? I'll bring my new Walt Disney Treasures Mickey Mouse Club DVD (from my Winter Bash pal WilliamK99) to watch while the dinner is in the oven. After dinner how about a try at my Disney Trivial Pursuit game.

Thus, would be trading my job with thelucky soul who's currently SMing it. 2. If you could have been the star in a famous movie, which one would it have been? Hoo boy, this is hard... but I think I'll go with The Wizard of Oz - always loved that movie! 3. You get to be the opening act for a major recording artist or group? Who are you going on a World Tour with? Well, assuming this ccan happen at any point in time, I think Pink Floyd on The Wall tour. ----------------------------- Ok, though those questions tocked, I think we should have some new ones... 1. What were your favorite bands of the 1980s? 2. Do you speak any languages other than English? If so, which ones, how fluently, and why did you learn them? 3. What are your earliest memories of anything Disney - parks/movies/toys/whatever?

Do you speak any languages other than English? If so, which ones, how fluently, and why did you learn them? After taking 2 years of High School Spanish I barely remember a few words here and there. Taking a language class was mandatory and Spanish seemed to be the easiest to learn. 3. What are your earliest memories of anything Disney - parks/movies/toys/whatever? My first trip with mom at 4 years old in 1974... the MSEP... my little red "Small World" music box, which I still have today... my disney schoolbus lunchpail. Okay, one more time for these questions.

If so, which ones, how fluently, and why did you learn them? I took three years of high school Spanish. Two years were a requirement and I took the third because I liked the teacher, cute little Sister Francella Mary, and it came pretty easy for me. Unfortunately I've forgotten most of it. 3. What are your earliest memories of anything Disney - parks/movies/toys/whatever? The original Mickey Mouse Club when I was 6 years old. I loved the cartoons and seirals but most of all I loved the dancing and singing Mouseketeers. I knew I wanted to dance like that and began begging my mother for dance lessons. ------------------- 1. What era or eras of the Mouseketeers did you watch? Who were your favorites? 2. What are your three most favorite attractions and three that you have never experienced or never care to experience again? 3. If you went to the big LP Meet last year, what were your favorite memories? If you didn't go will you be attending this summer?
