Originally Posted By LadyKluck 1. What is your favorite home cooked meal? Make sure you name a dessert too! My mom's chicken enchiladas and for dessert, her red velvet cake! I could eat both of those until I popped! 2. Is there a recipe you wish you had and don't? Maybe something from your childhood or something from a Disney park or a favorite restaurant? Actually, I did have one, but I got it from Wolfie - I have been looking for a recipe for homemade Kahlua forEVER. When I started this years' cookbook, he sent me that in his recipes!! I was SO excited - I emailed him right away, practically screaming that I had been looking for that recipe for YEARS!! I guess know that I have that one, my next recipe quest is for a REALLY good pie crust recipe. I am TERRIBLE at pie crusts for some reason. 3. Who is going to win the Super Bowl and what will the score be? Ugh - I hope the Eagles win and I hope its like 63-0 or something like that because I just have never liked the Patriots. I'm just really bummed the Steelers and Eagles aren't playing - then I would actually want to watch the game!!

Of course I bring him inside the poor darling! I would find him a home! I wouldn't be able to keep him cause of Woody & Toby but he would stay here until I found him one 2. Repeat question 2 from above. I really liked the hot chocolate that the CM made for me during the ELP dinner! He said he hand makes them with a special recipe and they taste nicer then the normal HC around the park! 3. What is your favorite variety of M&Ms (mine's peanut butter)? If you could invent your own M&M, what kind would you make (I'd have macadamia nut M&Ms)? Well I like the milk chocolate M&M's that are specially made for Christmas. Red & Green ones and I put them onto a plate in the shape of a Christmas tree so they look really Christmassy and everyone loves that! Post my questions in a sec.

Last night I was driving home in the rain on a main road and I saw a little white Maltease terrier standing frozen in the middle of the road. I can't help myself. I stopped my car at the edge of the road and hoped it wouldn't get hit in the dangerous conditions and got out to try to get the little dog. He got scared when I got close to him and thankfully ran off the road and down a side street so I couldn't find him. My question is would you stop or drive on by? Q2. If you regulary buy a magazine, which one do you buy? Q3. If you are very wealthy and had a personal fashion designer, whom would you choose to reflect your personal style?

If I didn't feel comfortable in the area (for whatever reason) then I might pass him by, particularly if it were an area with a lot of houses. Q2. If you regulary buy a magazine, which one do you buy? I rarely buy magazines. I subsribe to Entertainment Weekly and I get the Disney magazine. I suppose if I needed something to read I would buy thumb through and pick Martha Stewart Living or Sunset if the articles looked interesting. Q3. If you are very wealthy and had a personal fashion designer, whom would you choose to reflect your personal style? Oscar de la Renta. I love how he dresses what's her name from Sex and the City.

How would you spend your time. well if I don't have much money I not someone that window shops! I'm such a now person if I see if I have to have it so better not to look. When I awake in the morning I'm ready to hit the day at full pace ( I'm married to someone that is NOT like that and needs huge amounts of coffee to get going!) however when I finally get into bed at night I'm asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow and my darling night owl next to me is usually half way thru a sentence and I'm gone! haha Gosh re-reading that I don't know how we manage to make it work so well but we do and it does!

Being more of a browser than a buyer, I am quite happy wandering around in malls without making a purchase. I would head straight to Bath and Body Works/White Barn Candles and sniff to my heart's content. Then I'd hit a bookstore, unless I happened upon a really interesting looking clothing store along the way. 2. You have the next four days off. You didn't have any plans. Do you ever nap? Can you? Are you revitalized after a nap? Or grumpy. Can you fall asleep? I'm a champion napper. Love, love, LOVE to nap. I especially love taking naps on cold, rainy afternoons. Or bright, sunny afternoons. Or sometimes late morning. Napping in the hammock under our big oak tree is sublime. I'd nap in the early evening, too, except then I'd never get to sleep that night. I am usually refreshed and raring to go after a nap. . .rarely grumpy. **************************************** 1. Originally Posted By goodgirl 1. Do you immediately use special purchases (fancy lingerie, good china or crystal, etc.) or "save" them for special occasions? Depends on what it is. If it is a personal item (lingerie, scent, etc.) I will use it right away. Why not? The china and crystal were my mothers and she treasured them. I tend not to use them for every day. I did chip one of the crystal wine glasses though so I use that one all the time for myself. 2. Tell us about the most expensive meal you've ever had. Was it worth it? Napa Rose, May 2004. It was my birthday and my first trip back to Disneyland since I was six years old. One of my best girlfriends was with me. We had the pris fixe meal with wine pairings. It was wonderful. The food melted in your mouth, the flavors were wonderful; the wine was perfect with each course; the service was top notch and attentive. And, best of all, I was with a long time good friend and we shared lots of laughs and wonderful conversation. Cost was $240 and worth every penny. 3. I think it would be interesting to relive my birth the the first few days following it. I mean what was it really like for me? Did any part of it hurt? What was bonding with my mother like? Was I aware of anything else?

Originally Posted By tapdancemom 1. How do you read LP discussions? Do you only use one window at a time? If so, what order do you read discussions in; what are your favorites? Do you open several windows at once; which ones? Do you use the "combined" featured? I usually go to combined first to see what's new overall. Then I hit my favorites...Trivia, Play Pen and Community are the first ones. I also like Trip Planning, General, Dining, and Entertainment. If any Meets are in the works I head there too. I usually then go back to combined to check the newest posts again. 2. Do you venture into World Events? Post much or just lurk? Which threads are you drawn to? Does it become an emotional experience for you (i.e., are you passionate about your beliefs, do you get angry at other posters). That's where I do my lurking. I have occaisonally posted there when I feel very strongly and can't hold back, but I am very imtimidated by some of the posters there. I admire WilliamK, Beaumandy and DlandDug for sharing their ideas and I usually identify with them since I'm pretty conservative. There is one person however who I won't name that drives me crazy and seems pretty intimidating. 3. What kinds of posts annoy you on LP? People that are rude and condiscending who seem to hang out in World Events. -------------------------------- Those were interesting questions, let's do them again.

Do you open several windows at once; which ones? Do you use the "combined" featured? I only use one window at a time, and I never use the "combined" feature. (In general, I try to avoid multi-tasking. It makes me feel scattered and tense). I generally check out Community or Playpen first. Other frequently visited areas of LP are Trip Planning and Meets. I skim through DL General every so often. Overall, Playpen is my favorite part of LP. 2. Do you venture into World Events? Post much or just lurk? Which threads are you drawn to? Does it become an emotional experience for you (i.e., are you passionate about your beliefs, do you get angry at other posters). I rarely go into World Events anymore. When I do, I hardly ever post; I just read a few topics that look interesting. I used to post a bit in there, especially if it was one of my personal "hot" topics. (I get very passionate about abortion, discrimination, and religion). I've had some pretty intense responses to certain posts. Narrow-minded ignorance, intolerance, and rudeness to others get me all hot under the collar. The prevalence of those traits in World Events is what has kept me away from it for such a long time. I only go there now when I'm already in a nasty mood and feel like picking a fight. 3. What kinds of posts annoy you on LP? 1) Rude ones 2) Posts that display the writer's ignorance. 3) Posts that seem to be made simply for the purpose of the poster hearing their own voice. I get really annoyed (both on LP and in "real" life) with people who blather on and on and never seem to say much of merit or interest. The ability to self-censor is sadly lacking in some people, and it can lead to an abundance of boring posts. **************************************** 1. Oooh....Johnny Depp. And if he asked me, you'd better believe I'd go! I'd probably wear a long, black, sequined dress with a silk shawl. 2. You're asked to give a college commencement address. What are the three most important bits of advice you would give the graduates? Typical, but oh well. 1)Live up to your dreams and don't give up. 2)Be kind to everyone on your way up, they'll probably be there on your way down. 3)Be honest. 3. Do you typically celebrate Valentine's Day? If so, how? Not typically, but we've exchanged cards and gone out to dinner at times.

Hmmm... how about a train ride around DL. There could be enough of us to take up a car or two easily. I'm not considering hosting a mini-meet. 3. How will you remember this occasion? Pictures, video or by memory? Mostly by memory but I'll take a few pictures.
