    2. Yes, yes, yes! When we were expecting our first child, we saved like crazy and amassed just enough money to allow me to stay home with our child for the first year. Both Mr. Glitter and I really wanted me to stay home indefinitely, but we didn't see any way to afford it. Happily he started getting promotions, raises, changed companies, etc., and I have been home full-time ever since--a total of fourteen years. (Well, I did start a very part-time job driving a visually-impaired woman on her errands a few years ago, but it's very few hours and only while the kids are in school). I consider being a stay-at-home mom one of the best things about my life and a huge blesssing--I have LOVED being home with my kids and wouldn't change it for the world.

    3. I discovered a different Disney discussion board when I was researching my first trip to DLR. The tone on the discussion boards there was pretty nasty, and one of their members sent me a lovely private message "befriending" me. She suggested that I check out the LP discussion boards as she felt people were much friendlier here. I did, and seven years later, I still think she's right. :)

    1. Have you ever won anything big or exciting? (for "big" let's say a value of more than $100)

    2. If you were guaranteed to succeed and make an adequate living from it, what career would you most enjoy?

    3. What physical trait do others most frequently compliment you on?

    Okay, on to Pixie's questions:

    1) Yes! All due to the radio. A 4 day trip for 2 to the '80 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid; a diamond necklace, that our children promptly lost :); a 2-night, 3 day DL trip with lodging at the Grand *be still my heart*; some money....I've been very blessed. :)

    2. Singing/acting/dancing on Broadway and/or Disney entertainment at DL.

    3. Hmmm. Maybe my hair??? I don't have to dye it yet. Heck, I don't know.

    1. Which LP member (that you have never met in real life) would you like to meet up with for a full, fun day at the park?

    2. If you were rolling in the dough and could be totally philanthropic, and yet the caveat would be you could only support ONE charity, which one would you choose? (That's a toughy...so many worthy ones)

    3. Do you have a phobia?

    2. Travel.

    3. Peter Pan. It was the first Disney ride for me (in Magic Kingdom), and it has remained my favorite both because I love it and it has such sentimental value. I had really been looking forward to experiencing that ride from reading about it, but I was so afraid that it would not live up to my expectations. It completely did, and I still get giddy going on it every time.
