Fab/Doobie - Thanks for the info on kids at Disneyland. I seldom ever visit the park with kids so I guess I tend to overlook these things.

This one especially made me chuckle, with the way the park has evolved: >>But, if you are truly worried, go to the park and check it out for yourself...you'll see that there are no wild gangs roaming the walkways assaulting people.<< Although they're not assaulting people, the formation of "gangs" that hang out at DCA in the last couple years certainly has left me feeling uneasy at times. In theory it's no different than a school group wearing matching T-shirts (making it nearly impossible for Disney to do anything about it), but the way they're always there and stay in concentrated groups makes it seem like they think its their territory. DL's swing dancers also claim their territory, but they keep active and encourage other people to join in; the DCA groups look like they're just loitering around and waiting for the next rumble

SSL changed more times during development than any other attraction I can recall in recent memory. I'm not sure how he managed to pull anything out of the bag. He is a great guy but wasn't the strongest art director at WDI. He always seemed to execute in a filmic way - very two dimensional. His last WDI project of note was Laser Blast at DLP. I don't think he did a good job on that project at all. He's been a Uni Creative for a number of years now. He's in their blue sky group. Definitely not his strength but he seems to be popular there.

Things like this happen and I feel like I woke up on some other planet or something. And I realize I am not even half the dweeb I always thought I was compared to someone adopting a Disney bike gang look. LOL.
